About Our Town
Founded in 1680, Bedford, New York, is a town of approximately 18,000 located in upper Westchester County. Bedford includes the unincorporated hamlets of Bedford Hills, Bedford Village, and Katonah.
Elected officials include: the Supervisor, four Town Board Members, two Town Justices, and the Town Clerk. The Town Board functions as the legislative body of the town.
